Erin is the Catholic Campus Minister for Appalachian State University, her alma mater. She has been the campus minister since 2007. She majored in Biology and spent some time working on big wooden sailboats. Whether it’s the mountains or the sea, being in nature helps to fuel her awe toward our amazing God and Creator. She “clearly never planned to be a campus minister,” so if you want to chat about being flexible and following God’s call, even though you think you have no idea what you are doing, she’s your gal! She has also spent many years volunteering with Youth Ministry, so if you think that is in your future, she would be happy to chat about it.
